The WATTBEAT was a 2018 university project for the "Integrated Design" course, commissioned by Betronic and developed in collaboration with another student. It’s a bike light designed for racing bikes, featuring two directional lights and a warning light. The aesthetic complements the colorful, minimalistic, retro style of many bike racers. Technical drawings were created for each part, along with simulations to test durability and production feasibility. A 3D-printed prototype was made, with an ABS front for transparency and a PLA back and mount, ensuring the design was ready for production.
